Taking the lead

We are well prepared – the race is on and we’ve picked up speed. It’s now all about the next step: it’s not just about keeping pace, but about moving to the front to lead the way. When you take the lead, you set the pace, choose which line to take and accept responsibility for following the right course.

With “Taking the Lead”, we’re building on “Get Ready to Race” and consistently embracing the next step: we’re turning preparation into leadership. This means recognising opportunities before others, adopting a position and facing the headwind and the risk that goes with it – at the front there is no slipstream to follow.

PROfil 2027 asks what it will take not just to get to the front and lead the way, but to maintain this position and extend it in the long term: with real vision, determination and the courage to seize opportunities and choose which direction to take rather than just following a set course.
